Orlando, FL – John and Mary Were Shocked When They Purchased Their Second Home!  They thought they had make all the right decisions regarding their mortgage when they bought their new home.  John and Mary Shopped Around!  They talked to a loan officer (who by the way, worked for the real estate company).  They called the bank that they had done business with for years and called up a few names they saw in the Real Estate section of their local paper. They decided to go with a company who advised them of the type of loan they needed to get.  The advice seemed logical at the time -- so they followed the loan officer’s advice. 

Well, they were dead wrong!  It turns our that they made some big mistakes that would end up costing them thousands of dollars that they could have used for other purchases. John and Mary Had Made Several of the Mistakes That Many Homeowners Have Repeated Time And Again Over The Years.  They made their decisions based on suggestions from other people--such as family, friends, and real estate professionals (all well-meaning people) but unfortunately, not completely informed about the right choices to make to fit their financial profiles.
